Returns Policy

We understand that in some cases, you may realise that you dont like an item you receive. That's why we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on all products. 

To qualify to return an item under this Policy, Products must be unused, in their original packaging, along with all tags, labels and included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale and must not be damaged in any way during the time it is in the customers possession.

Whilsts our products are offered with free shipping within Australia, that does not mean it was free to ship it to you.

Initial shipping costs are deducted from the sale price should you wish to return an item due to change of mind.
We strongly suggest against using any RTS (return to sender) option with any courier as this will further increase shipping costs which you may be liable for.

A copy of shipping costs can be provided upon request.

Please use the contact us page to notify us of a request to return or to obtain any further infortmation on return.

Please include your order number, the product/s you wish to return and the reason for return. Once we have received your request and have accepted the return, you will be issued a RAN (Return Authorisation Number). Along with all the details you need to return the product/s to us.

Parcels returned without a RAN will not be accepted and may incur additional return postage costs to the sender from their chosen courier.
